Due to the nature of AI-based and subscription-based digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that certain situations may require refunds, and we will assess these on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical issue with our platform that prevents you from using the purchased service, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Service Unavailability: If our service becomes unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to internal issues on our end.
- Unauthorized Charge: If you did not authorize the purchase (subject to verification).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
- Issues caused by incorrect user data input or misuse of the platform.
- Features functioning as described in our documentation, even if they do not meet your expectations.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- You must contact us at billing@repionai.com with your payment receipt, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Cancellations will prevent further charges but do not guarantee a refund for the remaining subscription period unless eligible under Section 2.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Modified” date.
